Hey folks, brock_lee here, moderator of this sub. First, I want to get a sense of how many of you there are, reading the sub. I do see a lot of people reporting posts, and that’s a great sign.

I also want to see how many people would be interested in an idea I’ve been toying around with. Hell, maybe make suggestions. I am going to be a little vague, because I don’t want to give away the whole idea yet. But, the basics are this. I am thinking of starting a web site where I sell something cheap. The thing is basically a single page document. The price is from $2 to $5; whatever the sweet spot would be. Now, what the document is, and why people would want it is my secret for now. It’s not a document telling people how to get rich, not an MLM or anything like that. People will view the site, think “heh, that’s clever, yeah, I’ll pay a few bucks for that.” I mail them a document.

So, where do you come in? I am looking to see how many people are realistically interested in helping me spread the word about the site. Basic affiliate stuff. You post your personalized link to places where this might be interesting to people, and you have half of the revenue. If I am selling this for $5, you get $2.50 for anyone who makes a purchase from your referral. No gimmicks, just a flat referral fee for spreading the word. Nothing illegal, nothing drug related, no scams, nothing misleading, just a good old-fashioned novelty item.

I had this idea many years ago, and in fact, I simply stole it. It’s not something you see very often, you may not have seen it ever. But I have, and I keep coming back to this as a fun little way to make some money.
