Landline or VoIP?
[ad_1]
I am starting an at-home call-center job in the next few weeks. I’m located in British Columbia, Canada.
My job requires that I have ” Landline Phone OR VoIP ( Voice Over IP ) that rings to a hard phone with all features disabled. I made a post previously but most the comments were talking about it being a scam.
That’s wonderful to see people looking out for me, it is not a scam. The companies name is Concentrix.
I worked for them about a year and a half ago at an in person site. They provide the computers, head set, etc just not the home phone for the at home job.
I’m trying to figure out the best option. I have no issue going and buying a hard phone but I am unsure if I should get a landline through my internet provider or a VoIP. I will be receiving almost all inbound calls and making some outbound. They requested that all features be disabled on the phone as well.
” Landline phone or VOIP phone that rings to a hardphone. All features disabled ”
Which VoIP providers would be my best option? Can I use skype? Suggestions on what I should do.
I’m not looking for advice about the company.
Thanks so much!
