So my cousin is an owner operator. Loads have decreased tremendously “because of the coronavirus” and “fuel decreasing” is the excuse he’s given.

He’s not a tanker or carry oils. I believe he does dry van work. Well driving trucks is all he’s done all his life and he’d like to know if there are any at home jobs related to trucking? He’s done OTR and delivery driving. He’s broke and has too much debt to start any business.
